At R&V Spirits, we take pride in delivering top-notch products with the utmost care. Our policies are designed to make sure your order is processed and delivered smoothly, while also providing clear guidelines for returns and refunds. Please take a moment to review the following terms and conditions, which are in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

1.    Delivery Terms

Standard UK Mainland Orders

• Delivery Time: We aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days after you place it.
• For Shipping Charges please follow the delivery charges List
• Calculation: The total weight is calculated at checkout.

Standard Non-UK Mainland Orders

For customers outside the UK mainland, we offer delivery options with Deliveries are available at specific rates.: for more details follow the delivery charges List for NON-MAINLAND UK

• Isle of Man: 
• Northern Ireland: Delivery is available at specific rates.
• Note: Due to new Brexit-related Customs requirements, we’re currently unable to deliver to the Channel Islands. We’re working hard to resolve this as soon as possible.

Express Delivery UK Mainland Orders

• Service: Need your order fast? We offer Next Day Delivery for orders placed Monday to Thursday before 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next day and arrive the following working day.
• Eligibility: Orders over 5kg aren’t eligible for express delivery.
• Rates: Express delivery charges apply and will be clearly shown at checkout.

2.    Free Delivery Offer

• Eligibility: Spend over £99 (inc VAT) on UK mainland orders, and enjoy free standard delivery.
• Non-Mainland/Highlands: Unfortunately, free shipping isn’t available for Non-UK Mainland orders or for customers in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
• How to Redeem: If your order qualifies, simply select the free delivery option at checkout.

3.    Where Do We Deliver?

• We deliver throughout Mainland UK (England, Wales, and Scotland).
• For Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland, select the appropriate option from the Country drop-down during checkout and choose the Non-Mainland Delivery option.
• Note: Next Day, Saturday, and Sunday delivery are not available for these areas. Delivery will take 3–5 working days.
• For further assistance, contact us at info@rvspirits.co.uk.
• We do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO numbers.

Delivery Date Requests

• For Gift Department products or Gift Box Options, you can specify a delivery date during checkout.
• For non-gift orders, add your delivery date request in the "Shipping Instructions" box at checkout. We will do our best to meet your requested date.

Track Your Order

• Once your order is processed, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
• We use multiple reliable couriers:
• DHL E-Commerce: 16-digit tracking number (e.g., 70123456789123). Use the DHL app for live tracking and delivery adjustments.
• DPD: 9/10 or 1
• 4-digit tracking number (e.g., 155064491234223A). Track via DPD’s Track & Trace tool.
• Royal Mail: 9–27 character tracking number (e.g., JV620653954GB). Use Royal Mail’s Track & Trace website.
• Parcelforce: 2 letters + 7 numbers (e.g., AA1335567). Track via Parcelforce’s ‘track a parcel’ tool.
