Exceptional Sherry Cask Maturation
Lasanta — Gaelic for “warmth and passion” — begins its journey with 12 years of maturation, initially in American oak ex-bourbon barrels before being extra-matured in a combination of Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This expert double-cask process deepens the whisky’s character, imparting luscious sweetness and rich spice.
