Koshitsukano Shuzo, the brewery behind Koshi No Ajiwai, has been crafting sake for around 240 years in Niigata.
Uses home‑grown yeast, pristine water drawn from the Agano River, and Gohyakumangoku rice, a rice type well‑regarded in premium sake production.
Also retains influence of Yamada Nishiki rice (another celebrated sake rice) for depth and prestige in flavour.
Aroma / Nose: Delicate and inviting; notes of melon, banana, and white flowers emerge on the nose.
Palate & Body: Medium acidity balances a full body; smooth and rich texture; fine layering of fruit and floral elements.
Finish: Long, clean, lingering finish. Ideal for sipping slowly and appreciating transitions in flavour as it opens up.
