What Does Laurent-Perrier Millésimé 2015 Taste Like?

The Champagne displays a white-gold colour with fine, persistent bubbles. Its aromatic profile brings together beeswax, candied lemon, honeysuckle and hawthorn before developing toasted bread and orange notes.

On the palate, it begins lively and fresh before becoming creamier and more elegant, with candied lemon and floral honeysuckle continuing through the finish. The combination makes it sophisticated enough for special dinners while retaining the freshness expected from Laurent-Perrier.

How to Serve It

Laurent-Perrier recommends serving Brut Millésimé 2015 at approximately 9–11°C. An ice bucket filled with both water and ice can chill Champagne effectively in around 20–30 minutes.

For food pairings, try it with scallop carpaccio, seafood, fine fish, herb-crusted sea bass, or roast chicken with citrus and warming spices.
