What Does the 2018 Vintage Taste Like?

Brut Millésimé 2018 shows a pale-gold colour with fine, delicate bubbles. The nose is fresh and lifted, with pink grapefruit, vine peach and mirabelle plum creating a vibrant fruit profile.

On the palate, candied clementine is joined by softer pastry notes and acacia honey. A lightly mineral, gently saline finish brings freshness and length, giving the wine a precise and balanced character.
