• Maturation Process: Triple-matured for a smoother, richer taste — Whyte & Mackay first matures the selected malt and grain whiskies separately, then ages them in sherry casks, before marrying and returning them to cask for a final maturation to build depth and balance.

Tasting Notes

• Colour: Rich mahogany-gold with glowing amber highlights. 

• Nose (Aroma): Warm and inviting aromas of marzipan, Manuka honey, creamy caramel, and Demerara sugar. There are softer undercurrents of glazed pineapple and cider apple, with hints of praline chocolate.

• Palate (Taste): The flavour opens with vibrant tropical fruits, rose-hip syrup, caramelized orange, and macaroon-like sweetness; it then evolves into rich notes of peaches in syrup, liquorice, and Seville marmalade. 

• Finish: Long, warm, and slightly fruity — the triple maturation gives a smooth, lingering finish with balanced sweetness and subtle richness.
